This year I have been looking at how I can reduce my environmental impact by reducing air miles, postage and delivery times for customers. I am delighted to have found a company that prints and ships orders in 22 different countries and shares my eco values.

My dream for many years is finally coming into being and I am so excited. The way the paintings have unfolded over the past 4 years has been a truly mystical experience.
Recently I met Tallulah Rendall a songstress who is a QiGong practitioner and also leads creative workshops. She was about to release her rendition of the Green Tara Mantra and asked if she could use my image to accompany her track. I love how Tallulah’s method of song writing starts with coming into a place of presence through Qi Gong. What amuses me is that my method of coming into presence when I paint is to sing devotional music!! I chanted and played recordings of the Green Tara mantra when I was painting her! It feels to me that Tallulah’s rendition of her mantra and this image touches people, because by being in a state of presence, we’ve allowed her essence to flow into being.
I am delighted and excited to announce my first Virtual Exhibition, with South Street Womens’ Art Collective, using state of the art technology being pioneered locally by Artizan Gallery in Torquay. The beauty of this online event is that friends and art lovers across the world can attend which is hugely exciting. You will get to experience a virtual walk through of the exhibition in the gallery space.

It’s been a while since I’ve led a Women’s Temple and recently I have had a few enquiries so it feels like it’s time to gather again. At first I thought we would invite Goddess Saraswati’s creative energy but Goddess Kali had other ideas and wouldn’t stop nagging me. On reflection, given the turbulence in the world, of course it makes complete sense as it’s Her powerful uncompromising wisdom we need to embrace to step into our power and face the challenges ahead.

Women’s power is her source of inner knowing, her deep womb/heart connection to the feminine creative life force of the Universe. It’s this power that Patriarchy has strived to systematically dismantle over many generations, the loss is profound and has created the dangerously imbalanced world we live in today. Once a woman has reawakened to this connection there is no turning back and her journey of healing and reclamation begins.
After the success of Soulscapes at Harbour House Gallery last November I will be showing Soulscapes again with additional new work at the Angel Gallery in Totnes for Devon Open Studios. It’s an opportunity to not only see my work but also the work of many artists who enrich the beauty of this county.
This is my first public showing of my work in ten years and I am both excited and terrified!

I am head down and focussed creating new work to show. This is mostly paintings in acrylics which is something I began exploring a couple of years ago and am enjoying the freedom of the medium that allows for layering and texture.
I love my days in my studio painting my prayers, as for me this is an intentional and ritual process. An extention of my meditation practice, each layer imbued with conscious presence and listening.
My work is a journey through ever changing inner and outer landscapes. I work intuitively, exploring the creative impulse as it arises in the moment through spontaneous expression.
